When technology is the headache, rather than the aspirin
Community bankers have frequently found technology to be the great leveler, when it comes to competition. Scalable technology has helped smaller institutions continue to be relevant as what people expect from their banks grows and grows.
Yet technology can also be a headache in and of itself. It can require its own solutions, sometimes.
Below is a sampling of what we've heard so far from community bankers. Add your own ideas and suggestions.
