Can you—or an appropriate member of your staff—tell us how your bank is handling any one or two of the four issues below? Answers should run between 50 and 300 words.

If your answer is used online or in print, we'll send you a special Pass the Aspirin thank-you gift for helping out your fellow bankers. (All answers submitted are accepted as intended for publication and attribution to the sender unless specifically stated and become the property of ABA Banking Journal.)

Please send your answers by Sept. 8 (Early is fine!) You can send them in by clicking on the e-mail link next to each question. Please include your name, title, bank, city, state, and asset size.
