BrandPartners Unveils ‘ProActive Brand Delivery’ Process
Rochester, N.H., September 22, 2008 —BrandPartners, a leading provider of differentiated retail environments with principal focus on the financial services industry, announced the launch of its ProActive Brand Delivery process for creating compelling retail customer environments.
James Brooks, president and chief executive stated “The ProActive Brand Delivery process is a unique approach that helps clients channel all of their retail resources—both human and environmental—toward creating a compelling retail sales and service environment. For over 25 years the company has developed proprietary methods which provide integrated solutions in the retail environment and has advised and executed on those solutions in over 30,000 retail locations.”
BrandPartners’ extensive team of brand and retail communication experts has developed the ProActive Brand Delivery (SM) process in conjunction with David Vazdauskas, a seasoned marketing and brand strategist, who stated, “The BrandPartners approach considers branch staff to be a key element of environmental design—an element often overlooked in the development of the store experience. The ProActive Brand Delivery (SM) process seamlessly integrates every facet of the in-branch customer experience.”
Mr. Vazdauskas has worked closely with the company over the last year on a number of client marketing and branding initiatives. In June, he also participated in the BrandPartners Symposium, an annual thought leadership conference attracting senior executives from a range of financial institutions, including large regional and national banks to community banks and credit unions.
Over the last twenty years, Mr. Vazdauskas has provided strategic brand development and marketing counsel to clients in the financial services, media, technology and healthcare industries; operating companies alone or as part of a senior management team. He has held numerous executive-level positions at agencies, including Mercer Management Consulting, Lippincott & Margulies, as well as director of brand identity, BankBoston. His special areas of expertise are brand value proposition development, customer acquisition and brand implementation. His clients have included CitiCorp, American Express, L.L. Bean, The Walt Disney Company, Border Trust Bank, CNBC and Time Warner.
Mr. Brooks added, “We are delighted to integrate this innovative process into our already robust approach for our clients. Our clients recognize they must live their brands every day, and our ProActive Brand Delivery process provides a structured way for them to do just that.”
