<title>How we control gossip at City National Bank, Los Angeles, Calif.</title>
			<link>http://www.ababj.com/pass-the-aspirin/stop-the-gossip.html#pc_475</link>
			<description>Here's my two-cents:

We have a &quot;no drama&quot; rule established in our department. Our managers do not tolerate gossip, rumors, bad behavior or what we would consider &quot;drama&quot;. This can be done by meeting with each colleague and with new colleagues when we are setting expectations. We each have enough drama in our personal lives so it's difficult to have to manage that at work. If and when a disruption occurs, the managers handle each situation swiftly and with the parties involved. - Myrna Olvera</description>
