			<description>Very good points.  The titles of the orders and language contained within are similar but they have very substantive differences.

One important point that I think is worth mentioning is on the OCC's Formal Agreement.  The OCC seems to favor this approach by a 2-1 margin over other actions. However, the Formal Agreements are not enforceable through the federal court system and a willful violation of a Formal Agreement is not grounds for appointing a receiver.  - Michelle Lucci, CRCM,CAMS</description>
