			<description>I am not sure that all the variables are addressed here to reach the conclusion that these borrowers are &quot;better risks&quot;. Borrower behavior, I believe, is changing. The consumers are making &quot;strategic decisions&quot;, they need personal credit( credit cards/ auto loans)to support their on going lifestyle. It is convenient to default on a non-recourse mortgage, especially on a home with no current or percieved future equity. - Dan Poppe</description>
