			<description>Excellent point, Dan. Technology Refresh is rarely something that we see taken into consideration within the IT Strategic Plan of most organizations, especially community banks. We see more of a &quot;use it until it's too old to function anymore and then replace it&quot;. Very few organizations view Technology Refresh as a competitive advantage with regard to the new value-creation opportunities it affords but rather see it as a depreciating asset without ROI. Nor do they look at the loss of productivity that old technology causes. - mick kless</description>
