			<description>Where will we tell the customer about those ugly prepaid fees?  :D  We have spent way too much time trying to adapt to the changing landscape to 'protect' the consumer when we all knew it was about getting it right to avoid fines and penalties.  I will embrace a common sense approach that really does make it clear what the consumer is being asked to pay.  That ugly $2.00 for a life of loan flood determination can slip away to oblivion and no one will be none the wiser!!! - Cindy Lowman</description>
