			<description>Car buying is a more emotional process than buying a home.  IMHO, only a minority of car buyers approach car buying logically. Cars are an extension of our personalities and most are swept up by such things as styling, horsepower and other features.  The financial aspects are secondary.  (&quot;How much will my monthly payment be?&quot;)  No matter how many consumer protections are built in to the process*, some buyers will still make bad choices.
