			<title>Triage</title>

<description>Great article - nice practical guidance to help a stoic sector start to adopt these tools.
I have a suggestion: add another item, contingency - or 'triage' as some call it. Something good or bad happens and you have a process to deal with it.
Thanks guys. - Keir</description>

			<title>Social Media Risk Management </title>
			<link>http://www.ababj.com/briefing/7-steps-to-effective-social-media-risk-management-2301.html#pc_999</link>
			<description>Raj/Erika,

Good post. I agree with everything you say. I make social media training a mandatory topic for all employees similar to Bank Secrecy Act and Information Security. I believe it is just that important.

I wrote a risk management book on the topic, Human Resources Guide to Social Media Risks. I would recommend it to anyone within a bank. From the rank and file employee to management to directors. It was recently reviewed here on ABABJ at http://www.ababj.com/briefing/book-review-breezy-guide-to-social-media-and-your-staff-2265.html.

Thanks again for the post.
