			<description>Peronally, I think society has largely decoupled the connection between actions and consequences.  Maybe within our training programs we should stress the tangible consequences more explicitly.  Example--if a borrower elects to &quot;strategically default&quot; on his mortgage, do we enforce the contract through to getting and recording a judgment?  We may be complicit ourselves in that sense. - Ed OLeary</description>
