Enhanced features for innovative purchasing card E-mail

A strong solution for managing and connecting procure-to-pay purchasing card expense management

Paymetric Releases Enhancements, New features for XiBuy Purchasing Card Solution

Houston, Tex., February 25, 2008 - Paymetric, Inc., a leading provider of innovative payment card solutions, announced today the launch of XiBuyTM 3.0, an enhanced version of its purchasing card (p-card) solution for use with SAP® solutions.

"Paymetric constantly solicits feedback from our customers to ensure XiBuy provides a strong solution for managing and connecting procure-to-pay purchasing card expense management with SAP solutions," said Kathleen Nugent, vice-president of business development at Paymetric.

"This release of XiBuy includes new document management and Supplier Relationship Management integration functionality, as well as several enhancements to existing features, which make it a powerful choice for corporate and public sector enterprises seeking to further capitalize upon their investments in SAP solutions and adopt a proven best practices-driven purchasing card solution."

XiBuy enables p-card transactions to be managed directly within SAP solutions and in harmony with existing accounts payable processes and controls. The result is increased efficiency, improved visibility into spend and expanded use of purchasing cards. Additionally, accounts payable professionals can pay purchase orders in SAP solutions with p-cards, resulting in dramatic program growth while preserving prudent spend controls.

This latest XiBuy release adds value to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) functionality by combining the assignment of card numbers to SRM-initiated purchases, with powerful back-end reconciliation and accounting.

New to XiBuy 3.0 is a document management feature that enables users to link to scanned purchasing card receipts and associate them with the card transaction record. This critical audit function also allows other desktop objects (e.g. PDF, image, Word or Excel file, etc.) to be linked to a transaction record for improved documentation.

Building upon current purchasing card trends and customer demand, the release also includes functional enhancements to improve usability and drive purchasing cards further into an organization's critical P2P flows. Enhancements include:

•Compatibility with Paymetric's new XiSecureTM solution
•Purchasing card payment of existing SAP solution-based invoice
•PO "proposals" for enhanced matching of Level 1 transactions
