Mobile and home check capture offered to community banks

Bluepoint Solutions and CFC Technology entered into a partnership to offer mobile check capture and consumer in-home check capture to community banks. Through this partnership, CFC Technology will add Bluepoint's QwikDeposit ToGo and QwikDeposit Home remote deposit capture solutions to its current product portfolio.

Bluepoint's QwikDeposit ToGo allows smartphone users to take photos of their checks with their mobile phone and deposit those checks to their checking or savings account. Smartphone users simply download the application provided by their financial institution to their mobile device and follow the app's step-by-step deposit instructions. CFC will offer QwikDeposit ToGo as both an integrated or as a standalone solution.

QwikDeposit Home enables financial institution customers with a desktop scanner to capture check images and deposit those items through their financial institution's internet banking portal.

"With the large banks creating waves with their new RDC products, community institutions can no longer wait to deploy these solutions," says Andrew Tilbury, chief marketing officer of Bluepoint Solutions. "Those that don't have these offerings will begin to lose customers and members. Through our partnership with CFC Technology, Bluepoint is stepping up to provide community banks and credit unions with solutions that are fast and easy to deploy."
