New integrated payment switch available

BPC-USA made available a prepackaged payment switch that combines BPC's SmartSwitch software with the HP Integrity NonStop platform.

The integrated solution meets the needs of financial institutions, local Independent Service Organizations, retailers, and merchant processors, the company says.

SmartSwitch from BPC is a sophisticated, secure, flexible and highly scalable solution that manages, across all channels, all authorization requirements, including authorization routing, interface support, and stand-in authorization. The solution's rules-driven configuration enables organizations to rapidly optimize authorization routing, switching, verifications, and usage. The solution also provides an online interface to link external devices-such as ATMs and POS terminals, to the internet and mobile payment systems, and to route transaction data to issuers.
