Partnership expands financing options for independent auto dealers E-mail

June 14, 2011

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services joined the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association’s National Member Benefit Partnership Program to provide independent auto dealers with access to its Indirect Lending solutions.

As part of the new relationship, the organization’s members will have access to AppOne, Wolters Kluwer’s web-based lending platform that connects independent auto dealers with lenders. AppOne automates the credit approval, documentation and risk mitigation processes for dealers and lenders.

“We look forward to helping NIADA members expand their financing options and simplify their lending and compliance processes so they can devote more time and resources toward building their business,” said Jason Marx, vice-president and general manager of Mortgage and Indirect Lending for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

The Indirect Lending business unit offers compliance documentation and customizable tools that help the indirect lending market address regulatory requirements and mitigate risk. In addition to AppOne, these tools include Bankers Systems retail installment contracts; CompliSource, a web-based tool that helps BHPH dealers and lenders manage state law compliance; and DocOne, a document engine and compliance validation tool that enables dealers and/or lenders to print loan documents from a standard color laser printer.
