Partnership pairs CRM functionality with data aggregation E-mail

ByAllAccounts, an account aggregator, and Redtail Technology, a provider of client relationship management software, joined forces to help financial advisors get a more comprehensive client snapshot.

The integration of ByAllAccounts’ account aggregation solution with the Redtail CRM platform satisfies the growing demand from financial advisors for an efficient way to populate their CRM system with clients’ full account data to get a complete net worth picture.

“For advisors, finding new ways to deliver excellent client service is always top of mind,” said Cynthia Stephens, vice president of marketing at ByAllAccounts. “With the current market volatility and increased need to efficiently address clients’ concerns, having account data at their fingertips in their CRM systems is another way for advisors to ensure that they can provide the best possible service.”

In a recent ByAllAccounts survey, more than 70% of respondents were very interested or interested in populating their CRM software product with clients’ account data. Almost 50% said they’d like to include held-away assets, in addition to custodied assets.

Of respondents who are already importing held-away assets into their CRM systems, more than half are doing it manually.

The ByAllAccounts/Redtail partnership allows advisors to populate their Redtail CRM with complete client account information, including held-away assets. Advisors will simply log into their Redtail CRM each morning and view clients’ positions/holdings from the prior day close.
