Partnership to provide email marketing offers to bank customers E-mail

Cardlytics and ActivePath 2Way Email Banking Systems entered into a joint marketing agreement that will enable retailers to embed email offers into e-statements for banking customers .

ActivePath’s email banking technology enables banks and card services companies to capitalize on the potential of email as a communications, sales, and marketing channel. By creating a secure email channel for bidirectional communication with customers, ActivePath’s solution simplifies and personalizes the digital banking experience, the company said.

Cardlytics’ transaction marketing platform allows retailers to present relevant offers to targeted consumers—directly in their bank statement. Retailers can adjust the placement of offers to maximize their results.

With this partnership, banking customers can receive enhanced e-statements directly into their inbox to be viewed from within the email message at their convenience without the need to log on to the bank’s website or download the statement. Additionally, this partnership will provide banks and retailers with the ability to use transaction-based marketing in the estatement.
