TransCard acquired HQ Gift Cards, a program manager of mall-based prepaid card programs. The move represents an opportunity for TransCard to open new retail distribution channels for a wide variety of prepaid products.

HQ Gift Cards currently provides management services for some of the most successful mall gift card programs in the country, managing operations for more than 300 malls and casinos, including five of the top seven mall operators. It offers a turnkey solution, including sales training; marketing support; logistics, and administration to the shopping center and casino industries.

TransCard CEO, Craig Fuller, says, "We...plan to leverage our product suite and world-class technology to the network of mall operators."
