Allpoint Network access was added to the a la carte menu of third-party services offered by TxVia, which enables emerging payments and financial services. Through this partnership, program managers looking to TxVia for transaction processing can open the Allpoint Network to their cardholders, making surcharge-free cash access a reality at over 43,000 ATMs in retail locations.
