Partnership provides secure, cost-effective data entry alternative to users of J&B Software's Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) solution

announced that it will begin integrating Virtual Solutions’ vCapture data entry
services with its Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) solution. Under
the terms of the agreement, J&B Software has been extended rights to
distribute vCapture for use by its customers throughout the United States and
Canada.

With vCapture, sensitive paper documents never leave the confines of an organization. vCapture breaks documents into digital Snippets. Each Snippet is assigned a random ID, scrambled to guarantee security, and sent over SSL to Virtual Solutions’ network of independent key stroke operators. The keyers enter the data using a secure web browser. To ensure quality, each Snippet is validated by two sources before the data is returned to the host system. vCapture splits fields containing social security numbers and credit card numbers into multiple Snippets to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data. This technology ensures a 99.9% accuracy level and meets HIPAA Compliance.
